Shipping Information

Dispatch Information:

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
• During Holiday periods shipping may be further delayed due to reduced hours. We apologise for any inconvenience.
• Our warehouse is closed on Australian and New South Wales statutory holidays. Orders placed on or the day prior to a holiday will be dispatched the next business day.
• If there are any delays or issues with sending your order, we will contact you by email.
• Please be aware that delivery times by Australia Post do change from time to time and do include deadlines for peak times of the year. Please refer to our shipping deadlines

Pre-Orders:

• We do not automatically split orders if a portion of your order is in pre-order. We will wait until all products have arrived before dispatching your order.
• If you would prefer your items to be shipped separately, please place separate orders

Australian Customers

• We use Australia Post to ship within Australia. Their reliable services ensure your items reach you safely and promptly.

International Customers

Our International delivery service is currently available to USA, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Due to licensing rules some products may not be available for International shipping.

Please note that as the customer you may be required to pay additional import duties, taxes or fees for your order to clear customs as it arrives in the destination country. Grumporella Toys is not responsible for paying these import duties, taxes or fees. Please check with your local customs office as these fees will vary by country.

Delivery Times:

• Delivery times may vary by destination. Please allow 7-21 business days for most countries. Some remote locations may take longer.
• International Standard Delivery is provided through Australia Post and pricing is calculated using the weight of your order in the checkout. Your order is fully tracked and can be checked using the tracking number provided here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search
• The Tracking number can also be used on your local postal services site, which may provide clearer information once the item has arrived in your country.

  • North America (USA & Canada) 10 – 15 business days
  • United Kingdom 10 – 15 business days

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We aim to provide competitive rates for both domestic and international shipping.

• For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Products with Batteries

Unfortunately some products cannot be sent internationally or by express services because they include batteries.

In those instances we cannot ship that product to your location. 

Lost Items

Please be aware that Australia Post will not allow an investigation to begin on missing items until a period of three weeks (15 business days) has passed since the last tracking scan.
